Shamanic dance staff- Dayak Bahau Held by a shaman during important village ceremonies, shaken with the loose wood section carved out of the middle part, moving up and down creating a loud clacking sound meant to frighten malevolents spiritsCollected from the Bahau tribes of east Borneo, carved in iron wood showing  deep black patina of age and decorated with 4 boar's tusks on the top.
